Import with checks

Every row checked before it is imported.

Before you start, the import assistant shows what will be imported, where duplicates are possible and where details are missing.

  • Columns are mapped automatically – you review and adjust
  • Skip duplicates, add them as a note or create them anyway
  • Report per row as CSV; an import run can be undone for 7 days

    As a special import after analysis, with a quote before we start.

  • In Switzerland

    Your data is stored encrypted at Infomaniak in Switzerland, under the revFADP.

    Kick-off

    We clarify sources, scope and the cut-over date and set the project plan.

    Data export

    You export the data from your old CRM or provide your Excel lists.

    Import with checks

    Mapping, preview, test run with reconciliation and spot check – before the actual import.

    Parallel phase

    You briefly work in both systems; in the Rundum package with repeatable reconciliation.

  5. 5

    Go-live

    Final import on the cut-over date, training – and your team works with complete data.

Questions about switching

Can we do the import ourselves?
Yes. The import assistant is included: upload Excel or CSV, map the columns, check the preview, import.
What do you migrate in a setup package?
In the Professional package we migrate your data from one source with a test run, in the Rundum package from up to three sources.
Can we get our data back later?
Any time via export – and up to 30 days after the contract ends as a full export, free of charge.
