Good to know
How do we get our data out of our current system?
With the import assistant for Excel/CSV and common exports – with field mapping, preview and duplicate check. If you prefer, we handle setup and data migration for you – with a test run, your sign-off and, if needed, a parallel run. The price depends on your number of users and locations, the amount of data and the scope you want; you receive a quote after a short conversation.
Where is our data stored?
In Switzerland, at Infomaniak. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with daily backups. We sign a data processing agreement with you under the Swiss FADP.
How long does onboarding take?
The system is designed so advisors find their way in minutes: guided workflows, short in-app tours, help on every page and a demo tenant with sample data.
Is there an app for iPhone and Android?
Yes. The app puts My Space, clients, appointments and tasks on your phone – with call hand-off from the web, quick logging after a call, document scan and on-site signatures.
Does the software replace legal advice?
No. It helps you meet your obligations (e.g. Art. 45 ISA, the health-insurance industry agreement, the FADP). Responsibility for compliance remains with your company.
Is it suitable for tied intermediaries?
Yes. Intermediary status (tied or independent) is tracked per person; templates, register numbers and obligations adapt accordingly.
Are there integrations with insurers and industry platforms?
Import and export (Excel/CSV), calendar and mail integration and an API are planned in. Industry platform integration is on the roadmap – ask us for the current status.
What is ONE Compare?
The premium add-on for the comprehensive health-insurance comparison: basic and supplementary cover, quick comparison from a policy photo or PDF, package and supplementary switches, quote PDF and potential savings in client emails. What do onboarding and support include?
Included are activating your account, inviting your administrators, a short guided introduction, the help centre and how-to videos, and email support – usually with a reply within one business day. In support we explain how things work. If you would like us to do work in the system for you – such as creating templates, setting up roles, migrating data or training your team – we are happy to do so – priced by the size of your company, the amount of data and the scope, with a quote after a short conversation.
What are the contract terms?
Annual licence billed yearly, or cancel monthly for a 10% surcharge. You can export all your data at any time.
